JUNO BEACH

JUNO BEACH – Resin and Acrylic on Canvas – 91 x 91 cms £1200

This painting was inspired by the events of the Second World War D-Day landings at Juno Beach on 6 June 1944. This large, heavy, colourful painting depicts a narrow channel separating the English mainland from Normandy. Juno Beach was divided into two designated assault areas: Mike (green and red) and Nan (green, white and red), loosely represented in the painting.
A real room-defining piece, this bold piece of art is guaranteed to be the talking point of the home and transform a blank wall into a statement.
This lovely hand-painted artwork is signed on the back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It comes ready to hang and, because it is finished with a coat of high-gloss resin, it does not need to be framed.
Limited edition prints are available. Please do email me for a price, which will depend on the size you require.
